Allorn sells digital products only, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Instant delivery

Your PDF guide is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can download it:

• from the order confirmation page,
• from the link in your confirmation email, and
• from your account, under your PDFs, whenever you want to download it again.

Choosing a language

Guides come in the languages shown on the product page. Choose the language before you add the guide to your cart.

If something goes wrong

If you do not receive your email, check your spam folder first. If the file still does not arrive or does not open, email kim@allorn.shop with your order number and we will fix it, normally within two working days.
