Return and refund policy

Allorn sells digital PDF guides. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so here is exactly how returns work.

Store credit within 14 days

If a guide is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will give you store credit for the amount you paid. Store credit can be used on any Allorn guide. We do not give cash refunds back to your card or payment method.

How to ask

Email kim@allorn.shop from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We normally reply within two working days and send your store credit code as soon as the request is approved.

Good to know

• The 14 days start on the day of your purchase.
• Store credit is issued for the price you paid for that order.
• If a file does not open or is the wrong language, write to us first and we will send you the correct file at no cost.
• Because the guides are digital and delivered immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want immediate delivery. Once a download has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies; the 14-day store credit above is our own offer on top of that.
• Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
