Terms of service

Last updated 5 October 2026. By buying from allorn.shop you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Allorn is operated by Kim Belbisi, Ljungbyhed, Sweden. Contact: kim@allorn.shop.

What you buy

Allorn sells short digital PDF guides on money, work, health and family life. A guide is a digital file for your personal use. You get it immediately after payment from your order confirmation, your confirmation email and your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros at checkout, with any applicable taxes. You pay at checkout through the payment methods offered. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

Licence and use

You may read, print and keep the guide for yourself and your household. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing sites or use it in your own product. All text, images and characters, including Teddy and Alex, belong to Allorn.

General information only

The guides give general information and practical ideas. They are not personal financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. Your situation is your own: check important decisions with a qualified professional, your bank or the relevant authority. Results are not guaranteed.

Returns

See our return and refund policy: store credit within 14 days.

Liability

We take care to keep the guides accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors. Within what the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on a guide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their home country. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
